β β β β β Facts: I was told I needed new CV axles on my Ram while it was in getting a new blower fan motor, I was quoted a price to replace the axles over the phone from the service advisor. When I went to pick up my truck, Wendy informed me that she could save me 50% of the axle repair cost under a "goodwill"warranty, We set a date and made an appointment for Edson Dodge to do the work.
I would have had cancel the appointment due to a health issue, however Wendy made arrangements to get a rental so I could get home to my medical appointments and leave the truck there, which I think is great customer service.
When the work was completed and I went to get my truck, Wendy was not able to apply the "goodWill" discount as her system wouldn't allow it and I was given a invoice that was more than double the quote, she did make whatever adjustments she could to lower the overall bill, but in the end I had to pay almost double what she told me she would do the job for...not happy. It was Edson Dodges responsibility to ensure the price they quoted would work BEFORE committing it to me, not mine.

β β β β β This was the first time I've been happy with a dealership in Edson. They borescope the engine as the oil filler cap had broke and I thought maybe a piece had fallen down into the engine. They also did a service. This was the first time in 16 years, at Edson, that the price was reasonable. I have avoided all Edson dealerships for over 8: years due to astronomical prices. Like changing diffs and transfer case oil cost me just shy of $2000.
And that was only after I lost it that they took 200 off the price. It was over 2000. So I was extremely hesitant. But here the service guys were excellent and washed the Jeep as well. They were friendly, quality service and reasonably priced. Thank you

This is our 3rd purchase with them, and right from the start with Candy, then working with Krissy and Christina in financing, they are just amazing. Every time we are in, itβs an amazing experience. I called from the highway with a DEF system problem, they told me to come right in, they had the part in stock, switched it out and I was back on the road in a little over an hour. They also have a kid play room and are dog friendly so we could all wait together. Highly recommend!

β β β β β Our family purchased our new Dodge Durango from Edson Chrysler and we were very pleased with our experience. Candy was very helpful, she allowed us to test drive the vehicle and answered all of our questions. After spending some time searching for our new family vehicle we found that Edson Chrysler had the vehicle we wanted for the best deal. All of the ladies in the finance department were also very helpful. Our children enjoyed the popcorn and play area too. We drove away with a vehicle we love and a great overall experience!

β β β β β I was travelling through Edson on my Way back to British Columbia when I realized I had a small problem with my truckβs key fob. I stopped in at Edson Chrysler because it was convenient to do so as I was driving past. The service that I received what is exceptional. There were no questions, or complaints, about dealing with my β7 years of pocket lintβ infused key fob. The battery was replaced and the key fob was meticulously cleaned while I waited. All of this for the very nominal cost of only the battery. My advice to anyone looking for a Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep product is to very much consider dealing with Edson Chrysler. Based on the service I received they would not be disappointed.
