★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I won't bother with the details of my sob story, but suffice it to say I was in a difficult situation, and the staff at Edson Honda went MORE THAN the extra mile to help. Having a necessary service done at a reasonable price, in a short time frame, and helping out in other ways. If I'm in the market for a dealer vehicle or ATV, I would rather drive to Edson and spend my money there than buy from an Edmonton dealership. That's how the treatment I've received at this dealership made me feel. Thank you for your help guys!

Been dealing with them since 2015 with very good results, starting having an issue in 2017 and now I'm looking for an alternative in Edmonton. Keep this review in mind when shopping around for service- keep looking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They took my vehicle in on short notice and managed with great effort to repair the ignition lock cylinder mechanism enough for me to drive home to Edmonton even though it would've been to their financial benefit to order parts and make me wait a few days for them to arrive. Everyone was unfailingly polite and friendly.
