★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly service and they were able to accomodate my schedule last minute. That said, I was a bit disappointed that most of the stains that were originally discussed during the initial inspection were unable to be removed on cleaning date. I also felt the cleaning service may have been a little rushed towards the end as unfortunately only one person was able to make it in to perform the service and perhaps he felt a little behind schedule. I do appreciate that they did offer a discount on the service to make up for this, but would've preferred that my expectations were better met.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Bannik came to our house for carpet cleaning today. After a thorough inspection using UV light, he proceeded with detailed cleaning with all kinds of specialty tools. Very professional service at a reasonable price. Old carpet looks like new now! Highly recommended!

My carpets are on their last legs but we fostered a dog and she left 'presents' for us all over the house, so I wanted my carpets cleaned one last time before I have to replace them. Honestly, I thought my carpets were a lost cause but not with this company! My carpets were cleaned like they've never been cleaned before. I didn't think my carpets could look like this again! He cleaned my area rug as well and an accent chair that other companies said couldn't be done. The price was great, less expensive than all the other companies I've had (and that's including the area rug AND accent chair).
I will always go with this company for my carpet cleaning, for now on. I highly recommend this company! Thank you!
