It snowed, the crew was on hand to clear the driveway even before it totally quite snowing. I highly recommend this service. I will likely be trying additional services they have to offer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They elwere great last year but tertible this year they dnt clean the back patio where need a place for my dogs or the sidewalk going into back yard. They clear a walking path on front but i xant get my walker down the sidewalk as not cleard wide enough .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signed one year contract. Asked for someone to overseed, do some landscaping .. was told that he would come over to estimate. Never heard anything at all from him, ever. Theres a job your company lost. Now the snow… snow was taken from my driveway and put up against neighbors garage, also, left a snow ridge along the side of my house covering my basement window. When I reported this, he came back and just removed the snow from my window, and left the rest. I have a narrow driveway.. and I want my driveway clean. fortunately, my neighbors daughter ( who works with you ) came and took some away … I do not like the feeling of being dismissed in not getting what was told to me. I have expressed my feelings with Marc, he knows how I feel.. I will live up to the contract , however, if this does not rectify itself, I will be looking for another company in the spring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have read mixed reviews about the snow removal service. It’s all about the crew working in your area. Waverley Heights have their snow cleared immediately. Us, not so lucky. No crew has yet to come this way after “blowing” snow Tuesday around noon on March 8 and “light” snow off and on since then. I feel bad for the lady with a walker.

Very inconsistent, often let multiple now falls pile up, didn’t specify city sidewalks were not going to be done (which seems counter intuitive to paying for snow removal). They guarantee removal within 24 hours of end of snow fall. Absolutely not the case, even if it was two days, or three with notification it would be ok. Customer service has been mediocre at best.
