★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked on the new condos here. I would not, in a million years, reccomend purchasing one. Worst company I have ever worked for. Shoddy workmanship, cutting corners to keep costs low. All the decent contractors were fired due to "rocking the boat".

Shoddy construction - floor planks disconnected or poorly measured. Baseboards cheaply glued on, falling off.
Garbage all over the property collecting in bushes, curbs, corners - never cleaned up. Dumpsters regularly overflowing - no recycling bin.
Theft in the buildings - no security cameras in hallways.
Poorly maintained lobby; scuffs, damage, wall marks, discolouration.
Inadequate parking for condo owners - no spots assigned to half the occupants.
One elevator and one entrance for an entire building with over 50 units.
