After purchase Mike went over tricks and secrets to make the sledding experience better. We will definitely be going back in the future and would highly recommend driving to Vernon to make any purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a bad shop to buy purchase a Seadoo! Everyone is great except the service department.
I have been expecting a call back from James regarding a refund for work covered under warranty for over 2 month now. He initially said that BRP responded saying work was not covered but when I asked for a copy of the warranty claim he said would email it to me. Did not receive an email and after multiple phone calls I went in to ask for a printed copy. He said since the claim was denied he isn't able to provide a print out and it's deleted from the system. Story didn't add up...
He ended up submitting another claim and provided a print out but no update since I last went into the store :(
Was only ~$150 we are talking about here so not a big deal but the lack of communication from James was very upsetting. Not the first empty promise I got from him.
