Bambi Daycare & OSC

Lovely place for kids. Very nice and the staff take very good care of the kids. It is very close to the playground, and offers lots of activities for the kids. The kids always have fun and the food is very good. My daughter loves this place.

My daughter has been going to this daycare for over 2 years now. Great staff , great care, great food. She's excited to go every morning. Highly recommend this daycare.

I have to let on to everyone who is intending to send kids to this daycare. I enrolled my kid to this daycare December 2016. Because it charges the highest fee around the NAIT area. I supposed it had the high-level facilities and offered high-standard cares to Kids. However, it is proven that I am absolutely wrong. During the first months, it was fine. From this Spring (2017) to now, my kid was injured in this daycare two times within several months. Besides, another kid was also injured very seriously and had to be stitched by Doctor. Just couples of months ago, when I sent my kid to this daycare in the morning, I saw only one teacher taking care of all the children in which condition the children could not be taken good care of. The teachers there also complained about that. I am convinced there has some problems within the management of this daycare. This September, one astonishing things happened. All the parents were informed to volunteer in a casino fundraising mandatorily. A deposit of 200 CAD has to be paid before the onset of the casino. Parents are very angry with that. Parents are forced to volunteer, otherwise, 200 deposit will not be refunded. It is unheard of. As a daycare, you are not allowed to bully parents into volunteering. I am convinced that they were just wanting to increase the daycare fee again by using such a volunteer excuse, please be noted that they have already increased the daycare fee this September (2017). Here, I strongly recommended that parents need to be cautious when you are considering this daycare. 1) They charged the highest around NAIT; 2) They did not perform satisfying care to the Children. 3) They bully the parents into casino fundraising, otherwise, parents have to pay 200 CAD, this is an another way of increasing the daycare fee.

My daughter has been attending this daycare for a few years and loves it. The staff are amazing, so much so that when I pick my daughter up she doesn't want to leave. The fees are average for the area, but when factoring in what you get they are very low. They include a full hot lunch program and all snacks. I tell everyone about this place. Also, I am not Polish, I chose this daycare because the staff made me feel comfortable when I reached out for a tour. It is Polish bilingual but they cater to everyone. I feel as though I am part of a small community being apart of this centre.

We have our both kids in this daycare and they love it, as do we! The staff goes above and beyond for the kids. We are not Polish, but chose this daycare after visiting about 5-6 because it’s very clean, the staff helped the kids integrate very easy and they have healthy meals cooked on site. The daycare is in the school, which was very important for us, as the kids have access in the gym when the weather does not permit going outside. We have been so grateful for everything the staff does, my kids developed so much in the past year.

My kids have been coming here for 8 months and they LOVE IT. Staff is kind and nurturing, the director Stephanie is incredible. She works her butt off, I've never seen such a hard working person in my life. My daughter loves her teachers and the staff does a great job with her even though she gives them 2 year old sass. She has SO many words and always talks about school. My son has learned so much since coming here and has made many friends and he's become very independent and kind. Sometimes he says and does the kindest and sweetest gestures that I admittedly know I can't take credit for teaching him. I hope even after the school closing Bambi Daycare will find a new home close by. We love Bambi ❤️

From the moment we first walked in the door, the staff and atmosphere was warm and inviting. The program offers so many opportunities for the kids to learn and play. The staff care deeply about the kids and our kids have grown so fond of the lovely ladies taking care of them. We are so sad to be leaving Bambi Daycare now that we have moved to a different part of the city. Big, big shoes to fill! We love you!

Due to moves/ covid closures we have had to change daycares a few times. My kids absolutely love this place. The staff are amazing- kind,caring,nurturing. The kids are always engaged in tons of every changing activities and kept active- going outside or to the playground. The daycare gets to utilize two school gyms which provides ample space for the kids to stay active. Best part ever is the kids are never on screens, they never talk about a show they watched. They rotate toys and themes on a weekly basis to support growth and development. my kids are learning so much. We couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend.
