★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A propos de la garantie de balcon royal ; j'ai de l'infiltration d'eau dans le plancher de fibre , a cause d'une mauvaise installation (en 2013), ils n'ont pas mis de scellant a vis et n'ont pas visser la base des poteaux au max. alors il y a infiltration d'eau. J'ai appeler le proprio (Marco) plusieurs fois depuis trois mois mais il n'y pas de suivi et il ne fait que discuter pour être poli et c'est tout. A votre place je prendrais ce commentaire au sérieux avant de faire affaires avec eux. Sylvain Dulac Pointe-aux-Trembles
 About the Royal Balcony Warranty; I have water infiltration in the fiber floor, because of a bad installation (in 2013), they did not put sealant screw and do not screw the base of the poles to the max . then there is water infiltration. I have called the owner (Marco) several times for three months but there is no follow-up and he only discuss to be polite and that's it. Je vous le recommande car vous aller recevoir un service extra

Je n'ai même pas été en mesure de terminer d'expliquer mon problème, que l'homme au téléphone c'est littéralement mis à me crier dessus au point que j'ai du raccrocher tellement ça criait fort au téléphone.. Je n'ai vraiment rien compris.. comme je dis, je n'ai même pas réussi à finir de décrire mon problème que le gars m'est tombé dessus.. J'imagine qu'il c'était levé du mauvais pied ce matin, mais si cette compagnie veut avoir des clients c'est un minimum de 1, d'écouter au téléphone jusqu'au bout et de 2 de ne pas crier dessus pour aucune raison.. Je suis encore sous le choc... je ne me suis jamais fait crier dessus comme ça et surtout pas par un inconnu.. quel est cette compagnie sérieusement ??
Worst experience of my life on the phone ... I was not even able to finish explaining my problem, that the man on the phone literally started yelling at me to the point that I had to hang up it was screaming so loud on the phone .. I really did not understand anything .. like I say, I did not even manage to finish describing my problem that the guy ran into me .. I imagine he it was off on the wrong foot this morning, but if this company wants to have customers it is a minimum of 1, to listen on the phone until the end and 2 not to yell at it for any reason. still in shock ... I have never been yelled at like that and especially not by a stranger .. what is this company seriously ??
