★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the distinct displeasure of dealing with Bakerview. Not only are there consistent delays to actually get an appraiser to the house, but after someone finally came out we have yet to receive anything a month later. I have had to call to ask where our appraisal is, and have been told it is still waiting with their Senior appraiser "Steve." An appraisal should not take a month to complete. The delays, and lack of professionalism borderline negligence.
