It was a difficult decision to make given the timing of Corvid and our own needs. However their professionalism and care they took with our home was exceptional and were very happy with the results they were able to produce for us.
They walked us through every step of the way and navigated us through a small delay in the sale, with best our interest in mind. They produced multiple offers for us and helped us achieve the pricing we were looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Working with Justin and Trace has been a great experience with all 3 of my last real estate transactions. They were able to sell my condo durring a depressed market when other agents could not. Justin and Trace suggested some minor chanes to room layouts and came to every showing to highlight the unit and successfully sold my condo at a time when they were hard to sell. Then they helped me find a suitable house in my price range which took a lot of work. When it was time to sell the market was hot and they brought in more help to manage crowds in a few short showings instead of many individual showings, which is a lot easier for me. Working with a team has a lot of advantages over a single realtor.
