★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid these places. They ask for high rent and they are not worth the amount. There's a large mouse and ant issue. There's obvious black mold but instead of dealing with the issue they slap a coat of paint on it and hope no one notices. They do respond to work order requests but do the most basic, cheapest job possible.
