Just got charged $10.70 for 3 RedBulls when the sign clearly says 3 for $6. Cashier was rude and insisted they were $10.70

This location doesn't even deserve Zero for the service and staff behavior. I got an order to pick from from this store for doordash on Sunday afternoon 27th June 2021. When I entered the store, I gave the person name to Sardar ji. He said it will take 5 minutes to prepare. So I came back after 5 minutes and they are giving me Skipthedishes order after waiting for 15 minutes. When I asked about it, the girl at the cash started shouting at me saying I can't argue about the order. She was so rude, bad manner girl, I don't know how a reputed store like 7 eleven employs such kind of employee who has no manners to talk. I request the management to plz sensitize the staff to make the order before the time as we don't get paid for waiting at your store and also train the employee how to deal with those who gives business to you. The girl was so unprofessional. She should be trained properly before helping customers. Thanks.

Horrible experience. I called into the store to see if they had a specific item available before making my way there and while I expected a speedy, typical customer-staff experience, what I got was quite the opposite. The man over the phone didn't properly understand the things I was saying/asking and in addition to that, our communication became even more difficult when he started talking to other customers and scanning their items (I could hear it over the phone). After a conversation that should have been super quick took much longer, I just wanted to find out the price and finish the call. In response to that question, I was met with "I cannot tell you sensitive (?) information like that. You are going to have to come to the store" ... Then he hung up the phone just like that and when I called back to the store a few times immediately after, he just ignored all of them. I am surprised, speechless and puzzled. DO NOT expect quality service here and avoid if possible.

Jobsworth working at 19:30 Sunday 11/7/21; Refused to sell a bald bearded 30 year old man a lighter without ID. Apparently he needed to see my wife's ID even though I came back without her after dropping her off at home.. about 15 minutes later! No longer shopping here as I assume I cannot buy anything similar until I bring my wife back into store lol Shame, as Francais and team on the Tim Hortons counter are awesome. If it wasnt for them and the gas pumps, I doubt there would be any custom at all. Edit in response to the owner below; No. I can see you keep asking reviewers to tell you what is wrong with this business privately, try spending some time there.

Horrible customer service. Whenever I am there something or the other happens. Employees are nice but always get into small small fights that result in my anxiety.. Always my last place to go just because of an unwelcoming attitude..

Open 22 hours a day . I come to this location daily staff tell me at 3 am They closed for 1 hour and I come back 1 hour later and they say still closed because they need to clean.. the reason for the 3 star instead of 1 star is because the afternoon staff are great . They know me and greet me when I walk in . Always offering me deals on food..

August 13, 2021 - disappointed in 2 staff members in particular. We like buying late night snacks and prefer 711 due to their selection. On the first occasion it was 0100 hrs in the morning and there was a sign stating they were cleaning and will be back in 30 minutes. The staff reluctantly let me in because I suggested if he wants to clean, doing it when its like 3 or 4 am is much less busy. Now today it happened again by a different employee. The problem with these" 30 minutes be-right-back" signs is that the customer has no clue when the 30 minutes started! A clock sign showing the time they will return would be much more useful. Customers were left outside ignored while staff listen to music using headphones. Its really quite frustrating and many customers just head down the road to Chevron. Never have that problem with Chevron 30 second away. I have uploaded some pictures and videos of 4 customers unable to enter the store. When he came he did not let me in and I was happy to leave. Im not going to take away stars because i know the owner appreciates his regulars that frequent his business. Feb 20 /21 2020- male wearing mask properly and female staff wearing a mask as a "chin diaper". Must remove one star. Sorry guys . Encourage you to all follow mandates set out by health officials. You can do it! Air free. Vacuuming costs 2.50 CAD. November 20, 2020 - all staff wearing masks. I noticed a few days before the new restrictions came into place that this store has been complying. Nice to see because it is making coming here safe. Thanks November 13/14, 2020 - great to see night/early morning staff wearing mask appropriately while interacting with customers and while walking around the store disinfecting. Also observed this male staff member disinfecting his work space and washing his hands. Im bumping thia place up two stars and this staff member should be commended for his exemplary efforts to follow health guidlines and protocols. I think his name is Arshdeep but I could be wrong. Great job and keep up the great work. People are watching and we appreciate it when we see people in their work places protecting themselves and most of all the general public during this second wave. November 12, 2020 - very friendly staff who had a mask on it just was not applied properly, it was tucked under the chin while not behind the counter. I believe and encourage this store to do better. Thank you November 2, 2020 - as stated below I came back to check in and the employee working tonight had his mask on in the store and behind the counter. I'm going to add one star more because this employee is always observed wearing mask and even hand washing. This employee should be commended. I will come again and add more stars until it reaches 5. Thank you for combating the spread of covid19 and protecting myself, my family, and clients I work with! October 25 2020 - for the most part most of the employees are wearing masks but my last two visits made me nervous since many were not. The gentleman that served me today was observed coughing without disregard to courtesy cough into elbow. Also made me nervous that there was face touching before handling my items. I sanitize everything anyways but this location is getting lazy especially since pandemic is worsening. Please follow guidelines to prevent the spread of covid19 to those who are weak and immunosuppressed. I'll update rating and post if conditions become safer in this store.
