H	Heather Alter-McGrath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not have a bad interaction with the person who works here, but the most inefficient way to do business is to do cash only. Thankfully I surprisingly had cash in my wallet but I am absolutely astonished that a company like Canada Post does not accept credit card or debit cards. I think in order for this business to succeed they should look at other ways to take people's money other than cash especially during a pandemic. Pretty irresponsible and quite honestly incompetent.

You’ll be instructed to leave the parcel in a big plastic box by finger-pointing, and that’s it. No greetings, no explanation, no receipt, nothing whatsoever. Guess they’ll process all the parcels once they close the post office. I’d only go if I really need to quickly drop off a package and forget about it.

But the guy opened it without my permission as he was interested in what was inside.. He asked me questions like where did you get it, how much etc .. in a arrogant tone.. very weried .. Then he returned it to me, in a mess..
T	Teresa Au Yeung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly grumpy owners…. Both the man and woman. I’ve visited this place many times and it’s never a pleasant experience. It doesn’t usually bother me because I just need to drop off something at the Canada post office…. Today I needed their help in printing a mailing label and the woman was so unimpressed at having to do this simple service. Told me to leave the store while I stick on the label….. it only takes 30seconds…

RUDE employees that don't even acknowledge that you're there, Tried to push me to pay cash for Canada post purchase, overcharging me for venture one service... I can't believe Canada Post has someone like this doing business for them... Avoid at all costs
P	Pearl Otti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been here a few times and can categorically tell you that it’s the worst Canada post office They are extremely rude (Mayb even racist) and know how to make you feel like they don’t care at all about you or your business. They are inconsiderate and lack basic customer service.(eg please, thank you, sorry) I have patronized the location at least 5 times simply because they are close to my house.but every single visit has been a terrible experience. Don’t go here
W	Whitney Bee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure what is going on with this particular Canada Post franchise. Everytime I come here, the cost is always $3-4 more per package in comparison to the Canada Post in Shoppers or London Drugs. I am shipping the exact same item, weight and in the same size box. Everything is identical and to the same province as well. So someone told me to start generating my own labels instead on the CP website. The issue is now, if you come in the pre-paid packages - the owners will always try to reject your package (with pre-paid labels) because it wasn't purchased from them. The last time I came, the owner was very hostile - scanned my package in and then proceeded to "flag" my parcel with a red star via sharpie telling me that it was over the weight stated and my package will be sent to my return address. I asked to take my package back and I was just going to go elsewhere but he refused to give it back because he already scanned it in. This is not a one off situation as you can see from other reviewers, they literally go out of their way to make the situation miserable and difficult for you.
