Le prix des produits est abordable et le résultat de notre rénovation de salle de bain est tout simplement wow. J'étais un peux nerveuse de commander par internet, notre bain, nos meubles et miroir sans les voires en vrai. Mais nous ne regrettons vraiment pas nos achats. Nous venons de la région de l'Abitibi-Temiscamingue donc, c'était un peux loin pour aller en boutique. Merci a Monsieur Leclaire et à l'équipe de bain dépôt St-Jérome pour l'excellent service.
We are very satisfied with the service at bain depot St-Jérome, both for the purchase and for after-sales service. Mr. Leclaire did a great follow-up with us. The product prices are affordable and the result of our bathroom renovation is just wow. I was a little nervous to order our bathroom, our furniture and our mirror online without seeing them in real life. But we really don't regret our purchases. We come from the Abitibi-Temiscamingue region so it was a bit far to go to the store. Thank you to Monsieur Leclaire and the St-Jérome bath depot team for the excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parole de plombier , n'acheter rien de bain dépôt, 4 clients sur 5 sont déçu. Finition exécrable et produit de mauvaise qualité. Sans compter le service après vente le plus mauvais jamais vu. Nous les plombiers on se passe le mot tout ce qui vien de là on refuse de l'installer.
Word of plumber, do not buy anything from the bath deposit, 4 out of 5 customers are disappointed. Exceptional finish and poor quality product. Not to mention the worst after-sales service ever. We plumbers we spread the word everything that comes from there we refuse to install it.

Le bémol étant le mode de livraison! Puisque nous avons acheté pour 5000$ et que certains items ne pouvaient arriver en une seule livraison, ils nous ont avisé que nous devions venir chercher les items supplémentaires. Je pense que le mode de livraison a besoin d’un petit coup de fraîcheur pour s’adapter à la condition de pandémie ( puisque retard sur article) je trouve cela déplorable pour 5000$ d’achat

Micheline was just perfect during our visit!
The downside is the delivery method! Since we bought for $5000 and some items could not arrive in one delivery, they advised us that we had to pick up the additional items. I think the delivery method needs a little freshening up to adapt to the pandemic condition (since there is a delay on the item) I find it deplorable for a $5,000 purchase
