★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very great experience getting my eye exam done the other day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Bhalla was very kind and welcoming and was also very professional while performing the eye exam. I would highly recommend this place for an eye exam and glasses!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great and thorough service. Dr Bhalla explained what was happening through the eye exam, the floor staff was knowledgeable and helped me choose a great fitting frame. I was given helpful advice on how to use a progressive lens at pickup. Very thorough team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Especially in the current environment (COVID) considering typical interactions with healthcare I was particularly impressed that it was possible to get an appointment in a reasonable timeframe (a few days), everything was on time, and handled with due care and attention to the realities of a pandemic world. Very knowledgeable and professional, helpful service. They were able to answer my questions and delivered the glasses ahead of their schedule. Price is competitive for product delivered and service. I can't speak for other stores in this chain, but the Morgan Crossing store i would highly recommend.

The receptionist was also super friendly and helped me a lot when I needed to pick out some glasses (i would've been there forever without her help!). I am so happy with my experience and will definitely be coming back ?

The support staff was incredibly patient and assisted with selecting my first pair of glasses. Turnaround time was quick - within a week! Highly recommend
