★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms vary in size, but even the smallest space they have is very comfortable. I went with three of my friends for a birthday and there was room for us to dance if we wanted to. The servers are very kind and courteous and the songs that are available are pretty up to date! They're always working to update their library so you don't have settle for something older, there's a choice between old and new! The song library is massive and the privacy of the rooms really helped my friends and I let it all out without feeling embarrassed.
The prices are pretty good too! My friends and I were in there for around 2 hours and upon splitting the bill it turned out to be less than 20$! (Note that I didn't drink alcohol the whole night so I dunno how much that would have added to the tab)
I can't comment on what the food is like since I didn't have any, but I'll be sure to add that next time I get the chance!
Definately check it out if you want to have a more private karaoke with friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an awesome place! Feels just like the real thing in Korea. Lots of English songs, great service, great selection of soju. Come with a big group and have a blast!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the service was pretty bad, I had scheduled for an hour at the place and soon as my friends and I went in they told us that we shouldn't come so early even though we came at our scheduled time. they then made us wait 20 min before we could order any drinks. at the end of our hour when we came to pay, the cashier overcharged my friends and I an extra hour and made us pay an extra $42 even tho they opened at 6pm and we left at 7pm so it doesnt make sense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were unfriendly. Drinks were way overpriced. Service was delayed and inadequate. Music and actual karaoke tv was bad. They also made us pay double our room price and if we hadn't confronted them, they would have profited off of doing nothing. Definitely won't be going back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
Also seeing a lot of other people saying that the staff made them pay more so it seems like a regular occurrence.
