★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is ok, there's nothing that separates this place from any other Lebanese/Shawarma place downtown, but the experience is always so negative. I get working in a pandemic is tough, but it was like this before. The staff always have attitude, and seem entirely disinterested in their job nor do they really care about what it is they're giving you. I ordered something with "everything but pickles" quite loudly, she acknowledged me, and then mumbled something, shook her head and gave me maybe half of the toppings. I got a pseudo-cold/warmish falafel wrap after an inadequate grill. The last time I was in there, the staff was berating someone who was asking if the sauce was vegan. Pretty rude, and average food = you can do better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is great. I ordered food for a meeting and they were amazing. The donairs were great and the caesar salad with chicken was fantastic. The prices were very reasonable, portions huge and the staff were helpful, generous and friendly. I will be back and strongly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pretty good donair platter. Comes with a delicious hummus and touboili salad. I think i would get the ceasar next time tho. Vegetables were good. Fries were a bit undercooked however. The donair meat was very tasty. Would be back to get a pita wrap next time, the platter is a lot of food!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The old man working there is always unfriendly and not welcoming. He also doesn't know how to wear a covid mask properly (It's supposed to cover your nose). Other than that the ladies are usually lovely when he's not around. The food was ok and the portion size good. I would go here for lunch if I want something healthier but it's usually not my first choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously you need to be really hungry to go through the whole sandwich. I ordered the large chicken shawarma and I am not exaggerating when I say that there is enough chicken for 2 large sandwiches. That comes in a crispy pita bread filled with moist deliciously seasoned chicken with a ton of garlic sauce. Needless to say I struggled to finish my sandwich and I eventually conquered. Hurray.
