β β β β β Seriously no respect for the neighbourhood, the noise level is insane on the weekends and they let the drunks loiter outside and scream until 3 am!

β β β β β It's a good open space to enjoy drinks and food with friends. They also have several private rooms for karaoke if you prefer that kind of night.

β β β β β During the 1st weekend of YYC Stampede we had stopped in 11PM for eats and not sure what was going on as unfortunately as it was our 1st visit there to quickly discover the service was all over the place, the food came out not really ok including my friend's quesadilla that had to get remade. Other dishes that had sauce in containers were spilled onto plates during the food being dropped off.
We actually dont even know who our server was as we had about 4. There were 3 other tables with groups of 2- 4 humans but the karaoke rooms started to fill up so not sure if they were under staffed but certain staff seemed to be hanging by the bar LOL. It was NOT even busy. We tried our best to get a manager or whoever in charge to help us out but we honestly were like what is going on with this place?! Mind you its changed over and renos few times in few years. Not sure if the staff were like oh they won't notice and assumed we were intoxicated but whatever what was going on, we unfortunately wont be back as no one seemed apologetic for all the fuss.

β β β β β This place is great to go chill and eat! Updated menu and food is tasty. The tteok-bokki is perfectly balance with good amount of spicy and sweet flavor. Definitely one of best I have had on town.

β β β β β Online it said the kitchen is open till 3 so I placed an order 1.5 hrs beforeβ¦ after my order wasnβt accepted online I called the restaurant only to find they are closing. Is youβre closing early then close your online dining service portals before the kitchen closes so people donβt have to wait a while before finding out the food wonβt even get delivered.

β β β β β We booked this place for my daughterβs birthday because the website was showing they have sushi. When we got there, turned out, they canβt serve sushi. When I asked the server what is boneless chicken on their menu, she has no idea. The room was dirty and filthy. Donβt go there

β β β β β The place was closed when we got there, even though we booked a reservation 3 days prior and got it confirmed over the phone the day before, we would've liked to have been informed before we arrived for our reservation to find it was closed, we weren't the only people with a reservation that expected the place to be open. It didn't say it was closed anywhere online and when trying to call there wasn't any response, it was very irresponsible of the establishment especially during the middle of winter when it is freezing outside. A text or email or even an edit on Google to let people know it was closed can prevent people from going just to find it's closed and as you can see leaving a poor review.

β β β β β 1) E-mailed to reserve a large room as I was initially anticipating a large crowd, but a group of my friends couldn't attend. I told them I'd have a smaller group but we were still around 8-9 people. They gave us such a small room! We barely had room to put our coats. I was expecting a much larger room since their site boasts rooms that should fit large crowds (up to 30) comfortably, and this was absolutely not the case.
2) Song selections were so bad. Everything was in Korean which was already a bad setup, but to make it worse, according to their list, the songs were last updated in 2018. I even checked with them the types of songs they'd have prior to confirming the booking. I was told the system updates "automatically", but we couldn't find hit songs from 2020-2021. The song selection was pathetic, we ended up jamming to Lady Gaga, Edith Piaf, Michael Jackson, etc, so yeah you get the picture. Microphones are not adjustable, the volume of the music was so loud it drowned out the microphones, plus, the echo was dreadful, there's no way to control it from the microphones. I own 4 microphones at home which were superior to these, which is sad. One of the worst karaokes I've been to. I could very well have invested the money on more drinks and just sang at home had I known how badly the private rooms were set up.
The place looks nothing like pictures on their site. Looks so run down. Disappointed. Won't be coming back.
