β β β β β The Hello Bolo is the great card to call Afghanistan . It makes it more special when the customer service is amazing. Aysha is the best customer service representative when it come asking for help to recharge by pin. She is really patient and explains how to do it ourselves as well. β β β β β Great service! Had problems accessing my account. Cindy was brilliant. She helped me to login successfully after determining that the cause was due to special characters not being for the password. Before, special characters were accepted for the password, now they are not. Cindy determined that the problem was likely caused by a recent system update and will report the problem to tech support for resolution. The problem was quickly circumvented by eliminating the special characters in my password. As I wanted to include another phone number to my account, Cindy explained how to go about that. Addressing the issue, she was so patient and thorough, that I now have a better understanding on how to use Bababel's long distance service more effectively. Cripes, thanks to Cindy, I even learned that phone cards can now be purchased online. This means no more trips to a store to purchase physical cards. This is excellent customer service!
