★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Originally the file was given to another notary; after over one month the notary decided she didn't want to do the transaction, Me. Baba whom I dealt with in the past was given the file. It seems each transaction we did together was not a normal transaction & quite intense. This one was actually at the ONSET of Covic 19; Me. Baba was totally amazing,. It was an estate sale; the main executor was in a Senior's residence therefore here son was appointed on her behalf & one lives in Vancouver. Me. Baba was totally amazing, he set up the transaction via Zoom and it was done efficiently and without any issues. Me. Baba is calm, patient and extremely cordial. I would highly recommend Me. Baba for an notarial act you require.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entrance is next to the dentist, little tricky to spot with such a small sign. Up the stairs down the hall, the door is clearly marked with a sign.
The service was excellent. Very helpful walking me through my real state transaction. They respond quickly and are very accommodating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No clue if their services are actually any good. He came highly recommended to me by past clients. Called, spoke with the secretary twice and left my contact information and the notary never had the respect of calling back. So I took my business elsewhere.
I've revised my review +1 because he contacted me. A business owner that cares that much can't all be bad.

They made the signs and paperwork very simple and easy for us and answered our question very well. Our experience with Adbulkarim was amazing. Explained everything very well, made sure we understood but also managed to make it a fun experience. Overall good service and amazing team.
