Speaking from experience (I went to 7 different bridal stores across Edmonton and area before finding ABC Bridal), I can say without a doubt that ABC Bridal provides the best service, selection, products, and prices for all things bride and bridesmaids. The staff are knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. They are considerate of your budget and work within it. At ABC Bridal, there is a relaxed atmosphere without high pressure sales. I found a beautiful dress (under budget!), jewelry, and a matching veil at ABC Bridal. My two bridesmaids also purchased their bridesmaid dresses from ABC. Hemming and alternations were done in house, so that was very convenient. I would highly recommend ABC Bridal for brides to be and their bridesmaids!
S	Sara Souza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place where the wedding stuff is sold/rented is messy and hectic, but the other side where the gowns are displayed have beautiful gowns and the staff is very sweet, they greet you, ask you to take your shoes off, they ask when is the event/wedding, the name of the bride, and there is session with gowns made in Ukraine and they quite nice. The price varies, but overall great quality. I gave 3 stars to the wedding stuff side but the gowns side definitely worths 4 maybe 4 1/2 stars.

Of course I really wanted my arms covered, so Tisa was able to alter and add custom sleeves made from tulle, appliques and beading! My dress fit my like a glove and couldn't be more pleased with how it looked on me!

They worked so hard to attend to every bride and bridesmaids need that I did not feel `left out`. I was hunting for a bridesmaid gown, long, perhaps grecian, for a size higher than a 14 and I found many samples to try. I did not leave this store feeling miserable and in fact the dresses they pulled for me were the best I tried on. I highly recommend ABC Bridal!

We ordered bridesmaids dresses, the appointment was fine, they took our measurements and a couple weeks later the bride decided those were the dresses and went in to place the order. They chose our sizes based off the measurements. We got the dresses last week and mine does not even come close to fitting. They measured my waist wrong (it's off by almost 6 inches) and the dress is 2 sizes too big, it requires major alterations. When we called to tell them about the problem and see if there was anything they could do to fix it, as they made the mistake in measuring, they basically said too bad, it's not their problem, most dresses require some small alterations. Call me crazy, but taking a dress in 6 inches is not a "small" alteration. They took no responsibility for their mistake, didn't apologize, and offered no help or solutions. I would not recommend them to anyone.
R	Robert Snell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife just had the worst bridal store shopping experience. She scheduled an appointment for a bridesmaid dress fitting. Both my daughter and I went along for the support. We arrived and waited a while before we were even acknowledged. The sales rep confirmed the appointment name but stated that there were no fitting rooms available and we would have to wait. Only one room was in use. So we waited. She then came by several more minutes later stating that she wanted my wife to fill out paperwork, confused on the reason for the visit. When my wife confirmed she was shopping for a bridesmaid dress the lady looked shocked, said "oh, you can just look around then" and gave my wife a handful of clamps to use if needed. My wife needed a specific dress colour that was not common and asked for help with locating dresses that could be ordered in that colour. The sales rep simply gestured to the racks and said that most of the dresses could be ordered. We didn't see the sales rep again. 30 minutes of finding dresses and finding our own dressing room. The whole time the rep stood at the till with the other reps talking about her upcoming vacation. This was a drastic departure from the excellent customer service we received at Pure Bridal earlier in the day, where we were greeted immediately, shown to a fitting room and assisted with finding the dresses that could be ordered in the colour needed. We won't go back to ABC Bridal and won't be recommending it to anyone.

The sales lady was very welcoming and made time available for us to try on wedding dresses. We were never made to feel unwelcome at any time during our appointment. The sales lady was so gracious and knowledgeable. She listened to our needs and pulled many dresses within our budget. She was amazing at helping select wedding styles that were flattering to my daughters figure and skin tone. Although we did not end up purchasing a gown here, I would highly recommend them for excellent customer service and selection.

Georgina was amazing! We didn't have to try on the dress again, she just took each bridesmaids measurements for the dress. After entering the information into the computer I was able to double check it with her and then TRIPLE check it when it was printed off. Made me feel really secure about getting the right dress and correct sizes. Dresses came in almost a month early! So happy about purchasing my dresses at ABC Bridal!
