★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BUYER BEWARE. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Pretentious attitude that makes you want to never come back. Reading other reviews, seems like they might even be scammers. I'm positive their 5 star reviews are paid for, especially with such shady business practices. Of all the jewelery stores on Gerrard, this one is the WORST. Take your business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible friendly service. The man showed us his best stuff, he listened to my budget and reason for it and still showed me his best stuff within my price range and gave me a great deal. It was a gift and he said I could exchange it if I needed to. He was just soooo kind. He never hesitated to let me touch, try on or walk around with the jewelry. He was very welcoming. Thank you!!

Scamming people openly. Make sure you cross check the prices at different places. They will rip you off your money by charging you extra for labour work on printed jewelry.
Never ever going there again.

They have so much variety to choose from and their prices are quite decent but most importantly their staff is courteous and so kind. Would definitely recommend for everyone else looking for a jeweller to go here!!!
