Went there for charging issue with my phone that nasty lady told me that it is a charging port .Give me an estimate of $30 at the end she charged me $80. Still having the same problem. I took my phone to another shop came to know that nothing was replaced .Complete RIP OFF. Stay away from this place if you value your money .I will complain to Consumer Protection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place for repairs, excellent customer service, knowz everything what they are doing. Their service is fast and quick and especially their prices are best in town. YesterdAY I went to store and also i had few more questions regarding iptv, even though its her closing time ,the girl worked at front named simran she answerd to all my questions patiently Nd clearly. I m really impressed by her hardwork. Must visit this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the store yesterday . The lady who worked there welcomed us with a nice smile even the store is busy and engaged with us in a conversation. I want to buy the iptv boxes and she explained about iptv boxes and answerd my all questions. She provide us a good deal on buying the iptv boxes . Moreover, they have very good collection of music usb’s . Specially their customer service was phenomenal. Simran did a great job . Would certainly recommend this place .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady running the shop is rude and has absolutely no customer service skills. When asked if they sell spare batteries she replied that they don't, which is fair enough. They only take care of repairs in store however this was only explained after I confronted her about her attitude. She then refused to give a quote for a battery change because supposedly your phone needs to be dropped off first then she contacts the supplier then she'll let you know how much the cost of changing the battery is. Many shops have no problem with providing you a quote for a battery change, prices may change from the wholesaler but price difference are usually negligible. Just an utter lack of respect for the customer and an inability to even explain her job properly. I would not recommend using this place if it was the last store in all of BC. 0/5.
