R	Rad Sharif on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go here, worst service ever. Made an appointment for 10:30 for any doctor. People showed up after me and said their appointment times are later than that and were taken in after about no more than 15min waiting, while i had to wait for an hour. Worst service at a doctors office I've seen, the staff don't seem to know what they're doing. The doctors worked surprisingly really fast, people were in and out within 10min and I asked the staff when is my turn and they said I'll be next. Then they still took 5 different patients before me. It seems like they're playing a game. I've been waiting for an hour and still haven't gone in. A guy walked in and said "I'm late but I had an appointment at 10:30" and they said "ok we'll take you into a room." I can see they have favorited patients who show up a lot more than others. Once I saw the doctor he was helpful but until then it was too long of a wait and service from the receptionist.
A	Amin Hassam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ordered my prescription over the phone. I was told it would be ready at 4pm. When I got there I was told the medication was not available anymore. The manufacturer had stopped making it. I asked why I wasn’t called to inform or maybe replace the medication with something similar. The pharmacist was rude and said it wasn’t his fault. It wasn’t up to him to do that. I asked why he wouldn’t have approached my doctor who is in the same space as him. He said again that wasn’t up to him. I asked who his employer/ manager was as I wanted to lodge a complaint. I was told he didn’t know and I was making a big issue of anything. I later walked out and called another pharmacy who said the medication was available they hadn’t heard of it being stopped. I also googled and found out who the director of Viva Medical was. I phoned the Pharmacist to tell him to please transfer my records and also I was going to inform the director. He said he didn’t care. He was being rude so I just hung up on him. There has a huge turnover at this place and no one seems to care
G	Gurkanwaljot Grewal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Girls on reception are so busy in their own talks, having last nights functions discussions so loudly that patients sitting in front chairs can listen all their talk. That’s So unprofessional, all of the doctors are nice, but these girl’s are busy in their own stuff. I have been to other viva care locations, never had this experience, its just on this location. They should train them or replace them.

JASPAL SANDHU is great person and always there to help.He even dropped my med off at home when I was not able to go with little kids.Strongly recommend for everyone.I Really appreciate Mr.JASPAL SANDHU AND HIS TEAM??

Dont try to order products online via Uber as well, they will cancel the order and your money will go in limbo for 4-5 business days. Terrible place I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Absolutely disgusting.
