★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ford is very compassionate, always listens to my concerns and overall is a great Dr. With his nurses and his front desk girls who always go above and beyond to accomodate me; and ive witnessed them being very patient and sweet with their other patients generally and older ones specifically. This office is very busy most of the time, and compared to other specialists office is very well run and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Ford is not the problem. The staff thinks that they are doing you a favour. They should go to a seminar on how to deal with patient. I used to managed a multi million dollars sales company. These employees will not last a week if they treat customers like this. Wait time is an hours, you will lose business if this you do this in other businesses. Too bad that I do not have a choice.
