B	Bally Brar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Unprofessional , My wife gave them her suit for alteration on 17th Aug and they said pick it up on saturday 21st Aug, went their for pick , they said we are busy for Rakhri and could not do alteration , she said we already told your wife we will try to do but didnt promise , I asked when can I come for pick up, she gave me date 25th Aug, I called them today 27th Aug to check if her suit is ready so I can pick up, she said its very busy and its not ready yet.

We left our stuff there about a week ago and the lady at front told us that we can come for pickup after a day but when we went there 2 times they said come tomorrow it will be ready and today when we went there they were unable to find our stuff and instead of looking for our things they were busy with their other customers and we waited there for more than 2 hours. At first day they told us that you guys have to pay $15 dollar whenever you come for pick up but instead of that they charged us $50.(During that 2 hours of waiting time, I saw that 3 other customers experienced the same issue of overcharging, they said that this is not tha amount you told us at first visit) Their customer service skills are very very poor. Need to do a lot of work on that.

Went to get my suit stitched... she took my measurements and we told her it was incorrect because all my other suits are a certain size.. she didn't listen just said no I'll make it perfect. Guess what happened it was not perfect.. she completed stitched it incorrect and it was falling off my shoulders. I spent 1.5 hrs at the store waiting the first day and she told me to come back the next day and I was there for about 2 hrs again. Took the suit and came home.. won't be wearing it. Don't go to this tailor.
F	Far R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst stitching by a "Tailor". Took a expensive saree blouse to her, she took all Her measurements, I asked for full selves she said yes yes no problem. Charge $45 plus $4 lining. I paid $50. 1 week later when I went for pick up, she burnt my blouse and thought I'm blind and wouldn't see it. When I mentioned what happened she try to avoid the questions. When I mentioned, how come she didn't make full sleeve, she said not enough material. I said, you took measurements and you kept the saree there was enough material for full sleeve plus You have to call the customer to inform if there is any change to order, you had my number? You should always always call customer before you do something different to customer order. At that moment she just went behind the cash machine reach down and pull out $50. Told me come back in 2hrs and will fill in the big hole. As you can see from the picture I posted, she fix one hole and burn my blouse again!!!!! She is not normal tailor. Pictures are there as proof. The fitting is Bad, falls off the shoulder. Horrible fitting and worst stitching. She did refund me But what's the point of refund after you mess up customer order. She ruined a $200 dollar saree blouse and act like it's ok no problem here is your money. She has a store, not working from home and has her tailor certificate from Canada, but I don't think Canada saw her stitching and fitting. I don't recommend her service, unless you want to throw it in the garbage after pick-up

I bought a punjabi boys suit for my son and it was the wrong size , we went back to return the next morning, the lady changed her colour today and started behaving rude and cheap and won’t do it . Please be aware about this arrogant , and money snatcher store . I have lost my money to these people and doesn’t want this to happen to anyone else
K	Kelly Buzanko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worst experience of stitching,I bought a cheep pashmeena suit which in reality worth not more than $20for $40 and the lady told me that she will stitch that suit in 7 days when I called her after one week she extended the date of one more week, when I called her after 2 weeks she extend the date of one more week, after 3 weeks she called me to pick up the suit when I went to pick up the suit I tried to check if she properly stitched the suit or not after wearing I was surprised to see that the suit was very tight on me from shoulders,arms, front, back and after looking at the neck you can’t recognize that it is front of the shirt or back moreover the shirt was too long when I asked the lady why the suit does not fit me she started yelling at me and said that this is the size I gave her however when I first bought the suit the lady herself took all the measurements.That lady is very unskilled and don’t know how to stitch and she is making people fool by telling that she is expert and said that her measurements are never wrong. She is asking $50 for stitching however my honest opinion is don’t go to her shop even if she stitch suit for free because she will damage your suit by bad stitching and at the end you have to throw that suit in dust bin I can’t believe that such a person is running business and making people fool and don’t wast precious time and money of other people and stop giving them wrong dates.I will give her below zero scores.

That lady in the store treated me well when I visited on the very first day and when I went back to get my stuff and I just noticed that she did the worst alteration of my trouser and top. When I asked her to do it again and then she got offended and showed me her true colour. She just changed her mood, literally she was ignoring me and wasn’t ready to listen anything. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. What they think of themselves if someone is giving them request the atleast they should give respect back. I am writing this review in order to aware you guys. Please don’t visit this place, even they don’t know how to do alteration of clothes . I am very disappointed at this time. I wasted my money as well. If someone complains about their bad service then they get offended. This is so disgusting. DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT A GOOD SERVICE OF STITCHING.
