I used to go there with my mom as a kid and all my pets since have been loved and cared for by the great, humane, professional and respectful staff. Covid has made everything more complicated and the staff do their best to be as accommodating as possible. Thank you for going the extra mile during these trying times.

A	Andre Errett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wanted to share a thank you to Dr. Cliche. She treated Lucy who at the time had an ear infection in both ears. Something that had been plaguing her on and off for the past couple of years. Dr. Cliche provided the necessary treatment as well as a suggestion to change her diet as it was possible that the infections were due to an allergic reaction to her diet. We changed her diet to salmon only meal plans and with the antibiotics provided we are incredibly happy to report that Lucy is now in 100% perfect health with exceptionally clean and healthy ears! S	Sally Buffam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very disappointed - I called to bring in my sweet female Dane who was lethargic and had developed a yellowish discharge. I was told that there was no one available to see her and I should go to Renfrew ON. I requested that she (receptionist) call ahead to the Renfrew clinic to explain that Aylmer clinic had not Dr and recommended we go to Renfrew for treatment. so it would not be a problem. I was then informed from the receptionist at the Aylmer clinic that they did not do this as it was not policy and I was on my own. I remarked on such bad service since I supported this clinic and expected better. I then called the Renfrew clinic and was informed that they did not except new clients, I explained I was not a new client just needed emergency service but to no avail. This may have been circumvented if I was given an introduction by the Aylmer clinic. I then called the emergency clinic in the west end of Ottawa and again was informed that they could not see her. We are going to the Alta Vista clinic. I supported the Aylmer clinic - they knew my dogs. I always had such good service, but know I feel betrayed. They were not there when I (my sweet dog-needed support) It turned out she had Leptospirosis, a serious condition. With the help of the vets at the Stittsville clinic and a week long regime of antibiotics - she is recovering. Not recommended, was so good in the past, but now they have no concern for their customers!
