I searched the Notary public online and found the Axess has the very convenient location to me and a wide range of public notary service. I called the reservation phone line and the lady is very nice and made an appointment for me on the same day. The lawyer I talked on the phone is so warm and the lawyer helped me in the office is professional and very kind.

If I put zero stars, i would. The company has such a bad customer service. I called the call centre to book for my parents for power of attorney at scarborough location. Parents are existing customers who made a number of documents at Axess years ago. The lawer refused to do the new power of attorney saying there is conflict of interest..the lady from call center named Ann who is typically rude by nature was unable to further explain the reasons behind conflict of interest. I asked to talk to the acting manager since the manager is in vacation, the acting manager never answered my phone calls or perhaps not even listened to my voice message. My advice never use Axess, they have pathetic customer service and quality of work is not even great. they made name spelling mistakes a number of times on my and my parents docs in the past.

Very good professional service. It was easy to book an appointment over the phone. I reached the location 30 min earlier, yet they took me in. Only thing is their location was difficult to find, they can update the google address to indicate that the store is located in Walmart.

Used Axess law for notarizing some of the documents. From booking the appointment to signing the documents they are very professional. Will definitely recommend them for others as well

If I could rate less than 1 star I definitely would. The customer experience I received today at your Scrabrough location was appalling and unprofessional. I have used the notary service on many occasions at the recently closed Richmond Hill location and for the most part been very happy with the services unfortunately today was not one of those days at the Scarbrough location. The document that required a notary was no different than any of the documents I have ever brought to be notarized required by a UK firm. A gentlemen (I use this word lightly) by the name of Walter advised he could only sign the attached documents stated on the form but could not notrize the form itself due to the fact that the header was from the UK even though it was indicated on the form that it was for use outside the UK. I was clearly upset by the waste of time as I had spoke to 2 individuals in advance as I normally do before booking with Axess to validate; but seeing that I had already done the SAME type of paper work in the past I was surprised by the rejection I experienced today. As I asked the receptionist for a reason as to why we were not able to have said document notrized Walter came aggressively from his post with no explanation apart from ' I cannot do it I do not work for UK I work for Canada" and something to do with his license. Now if Walter thought that this was beyond his scope I would not ask him to do something outside of his license it was not the fact that he declined it but more so his approach which was disrespectful, unprofessional, and aggressive. Your team needs a class on customer service and communication.I am disheartened by this experience and will never use your services again nor will I promote you as I have done in the past. We had an awesome experience with Axess Law. They were recommended to me by my friend to make a will, and they lived up to our expectation. The process was pretty smooth and quick.
