If you are suffering from neck or low back pain, there are great resources from our national association. They can be found at https://www.chiropractic.ca. The Canadian Chiropractic Guideline Initiative has some great videos available on YouTube as well. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCduMXDBP76INn85Il9fQ3qg. We use these daily in our office so try some of those exercises. Exercise and movement are the best treatments for most aches and pains. If you are uncertain though please don't hesitate to contact us.
Welcome to Avord Chiropractic. This pathway is to ensure that you receive proper care for your spinal condition and appropriate referrals are made when necessary.
We are fully dedicated to providing our patients with safe, natural, effective, evidence-based health care in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The doctors at our office have a special interest in soft tissue care as it relates to posture, sports injuries and injuries to performing artists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. McNutt is the best chiropractor I have seen to date. He does accupuncture, nerve stimulation, and of course the muskolskeletol adjustments. I am 6'5" and I get pretty twisted up at times from old injuries and work so it's really nice to see someone who can help out all around!!

The results were both rapid and effective. My pain was significantly reduced after two treatments and nearly gone after three. I have been a client at Avord Chiropractic for years and I always receive excellent and compassionate treatment.

I ran marathons, bike 3 seasons every year and have had injuries related to my hips, shoulders, carpal tunnel and neck strain from a car accident. I have never been disappointed and in fact Dr. White has used a variety of treatments from soft tissue work to physical manipulations which have all kept me fully active and relatively painful free (at 60yrs). I recommend him as he listens, is very professional and expert in his skill and practice.
