The doctors are great but THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES. I have been on hold since they opened at 8am this morning, and got hung up on three times so far… There is absolutely no reason that any person should have to wait 15 - 90 minutes on the freaking phone to talk to a receptionist, this is worse than calling the government. I’ve been into the office and waited up to 1.5 hours over my BOOKED appointment because the office takes in walk-ins over booked appointments; also they just let the phones ring… HIRE MORE PEOPLE you clearly have the business or set up a CALL BACK system because this is disgustingly absurd for a doctors office with such well reviewed practitioners. Their online booking system only includes like 4 Doctors so is also useless to most of the patients who don’t use those doctors.

4/4 horrible experiences. The doctor himself was great, but the admin staff all seem to hate their jobs and have made mistakes to my file every time. I also waited for over an hour at the walk-in, while people who came in after me were seen before me because they forgot I was there. They got my name, phone number, address and birth date all incorrect so when I went back the second time, they couldn't find my file. I called in to make a third appointment and their on hold wait time said 4 minutes, and then 1 minute and I am still currently on hold 37 minutes later. UPDATE: I was supposed to be referred to a specialist months ago. When I called to see if the referral went through the receptionist said yes. When I called the actual specialist a month later, they said they received the referral but couldn’t get a hold of me because my phone number that was given was incorrect. The specialist then reached out numerous times to the clinic to get an updated phone number (which I would have provided multiple times to try and update all my incorrect info) and the specialist never heard back on any of their attempts. They also had my referral under the wrong name, so if I wouldn’t have called the specialist to see what was going on, I never would have got my appointment. So extremely disappointing.

Doctors and staff are great. But appointment management is not good. I am always taken in 30-40 minutes after my appointment time (even though i show up 10-15 minutes early every time). This has happened like 6 times in row, so definitely not one off thing.

Every single appointment I have been to, I have waited over an hour to see the doctor. I just think it’s inconsiderate to hold up patients over an hour past their appointment because people have jobs, children and other commitments in a day. I never get a call confirming my time and there has been times that my time is double booked with another patient to which I always have to wait longer for. Great doctors just HORRIBLE scheduling system.

Dr. Bhagaloo is our GP here. While he is great, the receptionists are horrible. Called yesterday, waited on hold for 30 minutes only to have the phone ring out for 5 minutes before I hung up. Called back and on hold for another 30 minutes before I spoke with someone. Had a time sensitive issue so was given a phone appointment for today from 8am to 6pm. Called today at 3pm. No answer, just rang and rang. Called the east location and was informed that the receptionist never even made the appointment for me. Good doctors, horrible receptionists.

I have to reiterate the other folks comment here: β€œGreat doctors, but the receptionists are the worst I have ever dealt with”. Tried twice to reschedule my appointment and spent over 90 minutes before talking to anyone. It’s ridiculous not answering a call waiting for over an hour. There is absolutely no reason why their front staff are so bad. It's been an ongoing issue with the clinic.

My GP is here and is very good to me, the staff are very nice here and understanding. l like this new location because it is closer and has a wider choice of parking that you don't have to share with other businesses. I like that all the Alliance services are all in one convenient area now and is more spread out. As well I like that as loose my mobility the new location has a ramp that goes up to the door. Great place to come

If I could give negative stars, I would. The receptionists are horrible. And management doesn't want to be held accountable. They are rude, very unkind and so unhelpful. They NEVER answer the phone. I spent over 45 minutes on hold before talking to anyone, over half an hour in spot #1. They may be a busy clinic, but not answering the #1 caller for over half an hour is ridiculous. Once, I sat in the waiting room alone for over an hour waiting to be taken back for my appointment (which started well over an hour late), watching the receptionists chat together, completely ignoring the ringing phone. Dr Fazeli is wonderful and thorough, but making appointments is such a headache that it makes me wants to find a new doctor. With this many complaints, you'd think they would have cared enough to try and fix things by now, but that's not the reality with this clinic. If you have infinite patience, give it a try. If you don't, don't give yourself a headache and just go somewhere else.
