★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Essalah is the best pediatrician in Regina. His bedside manner is commendable. He listens to every concern attentively. All three of my kids are seen at his office and he does a fabulously handling them! His receptionist is amazingly wonderful at her job and is always able to schedule us very very quickly. She keeps the whole place running tremendously well!

He risked his life to assist his patients, Always available with smiley face.I remembered the day when I first time came with my son who was very sick to visit him. With his Magical touch he recovered very soon. Since last 8 years he has been taking care of my kids, Highly recommended great doctor of Regina...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Essalah's receptionist is absolutely terrible and very cold and miserable. I have heard about how terrible she is from many nurses and friends. I didn't believe them at first but here's my experience... I have Carpal tunnel on both wrists and they are extremely painful.
I felt she was judging and looking down on me the whole appointment. During the appointment, my baby had a small accident. it took a longer time to clean my child's pee and placing her on the dr. Table/bed because of my Carpool tunnel and I said "sorry, I am a little slow to do things because I have a Carpal tunnel and very painful". Her response was "I have another client waiting. So, can you just hurry up?" With no emotions on her face or understanding of the situation.
I have another appointment coming up so I hope she can show some support or at least be a little more understanding and nice. Thank you.
