★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there with one of the hygienists for 35 mins, she did my upper teeth and said I could come back in an hour to finish the bottom part. At 9:30, I was there again with another hygienist for 30 mins max. Bill was $205. I asked how many units and she said 2 1/2 for each appointment. She said I was there 35 mins for each appointment, and their system would only allow them to put down 5 mins as half of a unit. (Look, they put each 5 mins for 1/2 unit! Normally 15 mins is 1 unit). I told her I would accept the first 5 mins as 1/2 unit, but I was there only 30 mins for my bottom part scaling. She kept saying that it was 35 mins and could get the hygienist to explain. It turned out that she went talking to the hygienist and came back fixing my bill. This was not the first time it happened. If you go to this clinic, remember to look at the time when you walk in and leave. I would never go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had multiple appointments now, with both Dr Mcintosh and Dr Allison Mang. The office staff are very friendly, all the dental assistants I’ve had so far have been dynamite. Most importantly both dentists have been better than any other dentist I’ve been to (5th dental office I’ve went to in my life). Both dentists have been gentle and really make going to the dentist something you don’t need to fear. I strongly recommend this business and these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After missing 2 appointments, (I had no idea that a family member would pass away) it totally slipped my mind and I had alot on my plate for the winter holidays... they denied me one last appointment without even offering to hear my reason. Plus they had a person who was working the receptionist desk and she clearly did not know what she was doing, putting me on hold multiple times. Regardless, I find their attitudes and behaviours quite rude and very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my wisdom teeth pulled and the nurses were professional and hilarious (we traded a lot of jokes and they got my humor). Surgeon Dr. Foda was great and explained everything step my step and made sure I knew the odds of everything happening. Surgery also felt ridiculously fast (closed my eyes for one second and I opened them my mouth was full of gauze and aparently they were finished). Felt like it was finished
