★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a pretty big leak in our basement. AVERT fixed the leak. However they were horrible at keeping us posted on when they were coming, dates always changed. They finished the job and put our fence back on a slant. I have called for months, no answer and no call back. It's so obvious, I'm being ignored. The fence looks horrible and my dog can get half her body underneath it. Not too pleased with this customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot overstate how positive the experience I had with Avert was - from the time they took to explain the process, to the fair and clear negotiation process for the work, and they actual labourers on site. They even covered our RV to make sure it wouldn’t get dirty while they were excavating. A thoroughly impressive team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I end up calling this company and it was a big mistake. I was dealing with John. They did a waterproofing and sump pump instalation. They did a very poor job on the sump pump instalation. They didn't install a back up sump pump. They did not told me that I need one in case of power outage, which happened one Sunday morning for 2 hours. I had to run down and empty the water manually from the sump pump hole. Thank God we're home otherwise it was going to be a basement flood. The workers did not understand/speak any English at the day of the installation. John left early.
Over all it was a horrible experience, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did a basement waterproofing job back in 2016. As of present, we have a leak from the basement walls, and there's water damage that leaked to the other walls in the finished basement. We called multiple times in a span of over a month, and the person I was dealing with (Jan / John) kept telling us they would come sometime and give us calls back, but they never came through, even to this day. We are covered by a 25 year warranty from them and it's like they're ignoring us. Ridiculous customer service and professionalism. So far, I would not recommend dealing with them.
