First and last time renting there. Bad car quality for the winter and when we returned it after the first day (of two)' we were not trested fairly and they didn't believe us, We asked for a reimbursement for the second day that we didnt use. They didn't want to do it. One guy started getting angry with my husband and I felt in danger. I had to ask him to leave the place to stop the discussion as I realized it was not going anywhere.

Fully agree with Eric: AVOID at all costs! Go to the big names/reputed chains. I booked a car in the morning and they said I could pick it up at 2 pm. There was no car ready at 2 pm. At 2.30 pm, I tried to explain to "the proud owner of this family business" that I would like to know at what time I could get a car: he started to yell at me and screamed that I had to wait and that he will cancel my reservation immediately if I was not happy. That man/the owner was really frightening. This could never have happened in a proper car rental company. Frankly, if you are French or a tourist, please don't go there: first, this company is not reliable at all and secondly, you really don't want to encounter this kind of people when you are on holiday : that would put you off visiting Quebec ever again.

Good rental prices. Annual fee is around $150. One can book extra km packages that further reduce the costs. No fees for gas and receipts for baught fuel get deducted from the invoice. Cars (mosyly yaris but some bigger classes as well) are a bit old though but get maintenance on a regular basis. Unfortunately all except one parking spot are in the Plateau area (1 in Verdun). They have kids and baby seats for extra, too. Staff is very friendly and obliging. With online service.

The fleet was limited and the gentleman at the reception could not care less I had to buy a phone chargeur for the car. ( the one they provided was defect and apparently it is a service they don’t provide) I brought him the new chargeur i bought For less than $ 10 but refused to take it for next customers and told me to keep it( I might use it never again) The guy told me it was my fault that I could not have a better car ( smart) due to their limited fleet and the car could not provide phone charging service. Don’t expect much from this company

I rented a Toyota Corolla for 1 day, and the price was 40% better than another local car rental agency in the area, and 25% better price than Enterprise and Budget and Avis. Registering was very quick and easy, and the people at the desk were very helpful. They didn't ask any privacy-infringing questions, as I have received at other agencies, and they were very kind. I was escorted to the car which was already running and waiting for me. Great service, great price, great location.

"Auto plateau, family owned, customers will be served by experts ..." ... however, do not expect to be served as family ...! You can be a loyal customer for 2 years, always use the same credit card, same driver licence, rent a car 2 or 3 times a year, always with them ... But if you forget to put your credit card when you make the reservation, they will cancel your reservation without warning, no phone call, not even an email. So if you're lucky, you will get what's left (more expensive of course), or nothing ... They won't even offer you to get the reservation over the phone, you will have to go online and do all the booking again. So it may be family own, but it is exactly the same than dealing with big car rental company, except that their cars are older with more mileage. Also, one plus compared to big company ... if you bring back your car late at night, you will have to leave it in the BANQ parking, and you will have to pay 24 hours parking ... so they are the only one, when you bring your car early, you pay more!! Last time I use their services. New update, June 2016. I made a mistake ... I tried to rent from them again ... and I discovered that they indeed read customer review on the web ... and put a red flag on your name in their database when they don't like your review. Conclusion: they won't call you to solve an issue or to explain you that you only did a quote instead of a reservation. But they will definitely call you to tell you to go to hell if they didn't like your review, and call you a liar. That shows how customer focus they are.
