★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible operation. Fine if you want to go by in person and receive basic service, but IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH BY PHONE. I rented a Nissan Rogue for 2+ weeks and needed a receipt for insurance purposes which they said they would email me. They still haven't, weeks later, and I would need to waste an hour driving there and back just to follow up because the are IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH. Worst franchise ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trust me if you would like to rent a car do not deal with them. they will always tell you their website is down. then they'll hustle you through all the dealings sell you a more expensive car even though they have the one you want then never answer you when your dropping the car. their customer service in the USA and CANADA are of no help and it's just a headache

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to share my excellent experience with the Associate Dominic and the Manager Nicole. I want to change my credit card on file and they both went above and beyond to make sure that everything was done properly. Nicole was actually off that day, but she still helped us out over the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give more stars if I could!! I live very close by and this location is a blessing! Especially Rachel! She is the star here. She always manages to find me a car and is super accommodating and just in general a fabulous person to deal with! Out of all downtown car rentals, I will continue to book a car here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car was fine, staff was nice, but I was able to leave with my car about 2h after the scheduled time. I was first told it would be 30 minutes late, then 15, that the car was on its way, etc. I would've cancelled earlier and took an Uber if they had given me more accurate time because I was in a hurry and only accepted to wait based on their time estimates.
They did say they would pay for my gas as an apology, which is why I'm not giving a 1 star.
Car was clean and as expected otherwise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In-person service was great and efficient, but I'll reserve final judgement for when I get the final invoice. Avoid the phone customer service, after 5 calls and different issues / answers I had to give up, whereas the clerk at the kiosk fixed it in 2 minutes.
