★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The old ginger lady is the worst. We can hear her yelling in the corridors during the classes and it's quite embarrassing... they don't care about the students and how they perform but they do care about your money. The teachers are not all of them qualified and I met a guy who use to work for this school who was taken just because his mothertong was French, wasn't qualified... I heard as well that when you are registered, they don't want to hear from you anymore and you have to sent them emails if you want to contact them... the rooms are old and stuck in the 80s. Please don't support some unprofessional schools which just deserve to be closed and go somewhere else. It's not hard to find something better in town!
They have to hire an extra person to answer all of the negative reviews...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst CX ever, a rude agent just hanged up on me! You guys can't do your job right, I called to fix the problem, first time the agent told me someone will get back to me then nothing ever happened, second time, the rude agent refuse to listen and hang up when I am still talking. This is ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I remember sitting a exam at this centre and the atmosphere was relaxing, comfortable and conducive for anyone who maybe thinking of doing their exam. The invigilateurs were kind and professional. Kudos to all the staff members who participated in letting this centre a great place for individuals sitting their French examination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took TEF canada exam. My friend got his result within a 3 weeks & We were waiting for 6 weeks.
They did not reply our emails correctly and just tell wait.
After 7 weeks when our deadline finished.
We asked them to refund us!
They send us results just in 10 minutes and told us: your results has been prepared 3 weeks after the exam!
They also claimed that they already sent us the result but it was definitely wrong!
We checked all the inbox , out box, trash , spam but there was nothing!
In this fast world no one has time to wait for their result for more than a month
