★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They're the most unprofessional service I have seen till yet. They cancelled my registration after the payment for no reason. When I called them to ask about it, they literally said "oops, that was by mistake". Then few weeks later, my test was on Saturday and they sent a mail on Wednesday that said... ".... and bring this form while coming for registration TOMORROW". Isn't that supposed to create confusion? Why would I go to test venue tomorrow i.e. Thursday when the test is on Saturday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would definitely recommend this location to pass the exam. The personnel is (more) professional and polite (than the peers). To register for the exams, the personnel is very helpful to accommodate special needs and they always reply in a timely manner. The office environment is nice, clean and spacious, computers are newer (very crucial).

Teachers were professionals and their systems not only improving English but also foster students' diversity traits , which were born with them, are being developed as they were . Yes, I faced diversities and I am getting used to improving skills overall aspects of life therefore I appreciate your supporting??
Elizabeth, Nicholas, Helen, Azadhe, homam, Mandi , Pamela, pooya, nika, Stefan (i’ haven’t seen him for donkey’s year, Melissa, laila, Jeremy, Anna. Students can improve their all skills .
I started it last end of FEB with my sons whose Saint-Lambert elementary.
Now I can do it well that’s my opinion though, showing your wrist , which your weakness and let yourself make mistakes in class as they know it to help you get better. Please keep speaking your target languages and making mistakes as much possible as you can.
Hahaha I wanna pay back them all my unforgettable memories 3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally disappointed, I paid for a online course and they never sent me the links for the class, I talked to Gerard Wilson Sales Director, I asked him for my money back more than two months ago and I have not received anything, he does not answer my emails, I will sue in the consumer protection office.
You should choose another school!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommend if adult want to attended for 1-2 months french study. mostly are young kids who might be there for 6 months , therefore very slow progress in my opinion !! .... , there are good teachers , but the french management head is lack of patience , either good skill when situation happened. I wished to have 2 months courses, but the third weeks , the new teacher that I feel my improvement is too limited and taking class is feeling like having mess. I had attended Spanish study in Madrid of Spain , Antigua in Guatemala , and Italian in Florence , this is the only school that I feel better to study of my own while the third week ...... The first two weeks with the professional french teacher was a nice experience . She is someone who has passion to teach and know the right way to communicate with students . I hope there would be more experienced teachers like her .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible staff in this place, especially who takes care about student counselling.He's never on time for appointments and always out of office during working hours. They should train him again. However, the majority of teachers are great and quite experienced. They have "trial class" so I recommend taking a trial class before deciding whether you will register this school or not.
