Great price, great service and a great guy!! Its not common that you find a guy like Jim that is honest and takes his time to educate you on tires. Jim listed all the options and allowed me to decide which one was best for me.

I bought a set of used winter tires from this shop, and was very impressed. The owner went above and beyond to clean my rims and rebalance the wheels for no extra cost. My mom and a close family friend have also bought tires from here. Notes: you will need to pay in cash, so it's better to call ahead and ask if they have your tire size/ballpark cost. However, there is no answering machine, so if he doesn't pick up at first, you might need to wait for a callback. Also, he does not write official receipts - just his handwriting on the back of a business card. That said, I was still impressed with the overall service.

Had a great experience here. I went in for emergency and i was attended very well. Unlike other tire or autoshops where they don’t care to wxplain to you what the problem is. So thank you Autopia for your great Service

In a time where big block stores/chains leave consumers yearning for quality customer service and care, Autopia is a refreshing callback to independent small store owners that offered service that exceeds client expectations. I have a unique car (Smart fortwo) that requires special tires. I set up an appointment with my Mercedes Benz dealer because we had a slow leak in one of our rear tires. After quoting us a price and servicing the rest of our car (including brakes...which had to get done), the mechanic at Mercedes called us back and told us that tires for the smartcar were back ordered and it would be 6 months before they would expect anything in. It was a little frustrating because, with a flat tire, the car was useless for us. They temporarily patched the tire for us but that didn't last long. I tried Big O Tires, Kal Tire, OK Tire, and Costco and they each told me the same thing that Mercedes told me: "Back ordered, nothing available." While grocery shopping I saw the Autopia store front and figured I would give it a shot. Not only did the mechanic know the exact car (and appropriate tires, etc) but he went out of his way to make sure that I was fully informed of my options for tires. He had new and slightly used tires for me to choose from and even walked me through the pros and cons of each. After removing my tires, he recognized the source of our leak problem and let me know how I would be able to fix it in a cheap but effective manner. The entire process took about 45 minutes and I am confident that I was taken care of. With the prices of products steadily rising and big companies cutting corners (customer service) in order to maximize profits, it is refreshing to receive this type of service. I have 3 vehicles (with my oldest child a year away from pushing that number to 4) and I will purchase all of my tires from Autopia. The best review I can give is my money!!

Jim is one of the most genuine and knowledgeable person that I have met. I trust no one but Jim to change my tires. Will definitely recommend everyone to go to his shop

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY SERVICE. THEY ARE UNETHICAL AND RIP YOU OFF. I went to get my flat tire repaired. They asked for cash and asked me to come back in an hr. It looked fine when I picked up my car. I drove back home and found the tire still flat, with the nail still inside. The tires weren’t even balanced. I thought everyone should know
