I returned to view their google reviews as I had left one and unfortunately it was negative. I don't see it here? So i'd like to reiterate my initial review as i stand by it. My father and I came to this dealership 3 years ago and met up with Dennis. I was in immediate need of a car - I regret buying from this shop, they definitely oversold something in poor conditions. bought a 2012 versa for over 7,000$ - Dennis, the back seats had a hole of about 4 inches and i asked if that could be patched up, you said no but "gave in". You offered me insurance and your third party quoted 500$ - i was a first time driver and had no previous experience, you asked me how many accidents have i gotten into that your third party is quoting me so high. the battery on this car died in 3 days. I've had many issues and right now I have to sell it for not even a quarter of what i bought this for. I understand you take a gamble with used cars but what you're doing out here is wrong. If anyone out there is looking into used cars, please do your research, and read both the good and bad reviews, the bad ones are real - mine is. Please stay away from this shop, there are MUCH MORE honest places out there. EDIT: I just read the "feedback" from autopoint to their negative reviews. It is very evident, that this place does not take criticism well. You have zero customer service skills. bringing up the client's "dirty laundry" on a public platform. Again, to everyone out there, you work too hard to invest your hard earned money at this place.

I’m so happy to have gotten my car from here. The sales people were extremely helpful and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for and for a good price. Amazing customer service, highly recommend.

Recently my son bought an 2012 Toyota Avalon, (Cherry Red) car from Auto Point. I was VERY impressed with the two fellows we dealt with. They had to wait until we got the finances situated out and was patient thru the whole process!! We were impressed with the price and the service was great!!! When we drove home I was sitting in the back seat and it was sooooo comfortable. The best ride I've ever had in the back seat of ANY car, after 2 hours of driving!!! They not only cleaned the car fabulously they said if my son had any questions to give them a call. We love the car with its' many extra features and low mileage. We will definately promote this dealership to any of our friends looking for a great car!! Thank you Auto Point we appreciate your honesty and working to get the best deal for our son!!! I've bought an Volvo s40 2010 here. Car was in great condition. All replacements I requested were done. Car was ready in 2 days. Dennis is very knowledgable and helpful. They have a good selection of cars with competitive pricing. I would recommend everyone to check out Auto Point.
