Who we are

Auto Parts Central opened its doors 29 years ago in Thunder Bay, as a division of Central Canada Industries Inc. A local Thunder Bay automotive jobber had started to wind down and we had an interest in distributing the Valvoline product line. Wayne’s partner, Marvin Maunula thought Auto Parts would be a good idea to add to our mix so we joined the Uni-Select buying group. Going forward over the next 25 years, Auto Parts Central added additional Auto Parts stores in Thunder Bay, Atikokan, Kenora, Winnipeg, Steinbach, Brandon, Melita, Regina and Moose Jaw. With 12 stores in three provinces we offer a wide array of auto parts and accessories to a very diverse customer base. We have the ability to source just about any auto part or light industrial supply through our various supply partners.

Our customer relationships are what separates us from competitors. We are a locally operated auto parts distributor that prides itself on the relationships we’ve built with the most trusted automotive service providers and DIY technicians in every city we’re located in.
