B	Bernard Sutherland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT do business with this place. They supplied and installed a trailer hitch and harness for my brand new 2016 Kia Sorento. Attempted to use it for first time after warranty period only to discover no power for lights to the trailer. Spoke to Owner/Manager who refused to accept labor cost of replacing and reinstalling Kia harness. Factory installed Kia connectors were cut off and existing wires were butchered to install their aftermarket harness. Cut electrical wires were taped using non-weather proofed tape. Had to purchase new harness and pay dealer to have new connectors installed. Result : Cost 2X what it would have cost had I done the job at the dealer in the first place. Very poor workmanship and equally poor customer relationship. Don't even get your windshield done there....POOR WORKMANSHIP
G	Galen Chisholm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a rear-view mirror fall off my windshield (along with a small piece of glass that was stuck to the mirror, so a small chunk was basically taken out of the inside of my windshield). I called for a quote, the person on the phone indicated I would likely need to replace my entire windshield, but he couldn't say for sure over the phone. He seemed to have already made up his mind, after learning I drive a VW which apparently has a heavy mirror. So I brought it to him, and he saw the mirror in the shop and immediately said it is impossible to fix (never saw my windshield), and I will need a new windshield. I asked for a quote, which he was able to provide within a moment or two, 350$. Earliest appointment I could've gotten was Wednesday, although typically I have had windshields installed on a moments notice in my work parking lot before so this was a bit disappointing and ultimately made me decide to go elsewhere. I decided to go to another auto glass place in Newmarket (MRM), the same morning, and they reattached the mirror to my windshield in about 15 minutes for 20$. I'm sure AGP does good work, and I cant speak to the quality of their work in any way. But as far as advice goes, I didn't feel that they gave me the best advice and so this review is solely based on those interactions and not a review of this businesses quality of workmanship.

They took me right away on a Friday afternoon/evening and filled the chip with perfection. You can hardly tell where it was! I’ve dealt with allot of windshield chips and breaks before and this was by far the best work. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I know where the work trucks will be going if we ever need it again!
