Son has worn them about 8-10 times since, only when walking out in the rain, and they now have a hole and are leaking, so basically useless. Emailed the store - no response. Called and left a voice mail - no response. Went in and asked about this and was told the owner will contact me - still, no response. If I can't get rain boots for my son that last for at least one measly winter, then I guess this is not the place to shop at, better get a $15 option at Walmart.

I just gave a brief idea of wanting dress shoes that she can still play in and she came out with 3 selections and the first pair were a hit and my kids was not taking them off!! Super friendly and warm towards kids and great selection in the store for good quality items. Thank you!!

They specialize in kids clothing and shoes but have some good casual clothes and shoes, at good prices, for women too. I live in the neighborhood but I would drive across town to come here if I didn't because the service is exceptional. It's a pretty small shop, but they have a lot of stock in the back, so be sure to tell them what you need and they'll go looking for you. I've never left empty handed.
O	Orissa Sexton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently went into Aunt Em’s hoping to exchange a full sealed box of shoes that my daughter received as a gift before pandemic. The sales person was very short not helpful and said absolutely no exchanges. It’s too bad that a children’s store doesn’t have more flexibility as children grow out of things so quickly. I’m happy to give all my business to other more friendly shops in the area. They could of offered me options I wasn’t able to exchange as the shop has been closed due to pandemic and called and left a message a month ago but no one ever called back.

Not only did the lovely owner treat my son so kindly and patiently, she really worked with him to find shoes that he could actually wear!!!! This is such a feat. She did so well that he now owns sandals and runners. I’m over the moon. Fantastic shop, lovely owner. Shop local, shop here. We will be back!!!!
