β β β β β Everyone at this office is fantastic; so welcoming and professional and kind. On top of being proficient, Dr. Kerstin is communicative and very straightforward about what treatment is and isn't necessary. If you are looking for a dentist in the downtown area, I highly recommend this place!

β β β β β I have a bit of anxiety about going to the dentist which is why I avoid going at all costs. But I definitely knew I needed to get a cleaning/check up done and shouldnβt wait any longer in case there was any problems. Going to Dr. Connβs office was an incredible, calming and easy experience from start to finish. From the lovely and welcoming receptionist, to the down to earth assistant and finally Dr. Conn who was a warm hearted true professional. You could tell truly cares about her patients. She did the cleaning herself and my teeth have never looked better. I left feeling super informed about my oral health. She focusβs on what dental work you actually need, which I really appreciated. I can honestly say that Iβm now excited to go to the dentist and Iβm actually looking forward to the next cleaning. If you need a new dentist look no further!

β β β β β Dr Conn has literally saved my real teeth for me. Her background as a hygenist makes her the most thorough dentist I've ever encountered, and I've been in many dental crisis with accidents. Her calming gentle way is so welcoming and calms my dentist anxiety always. She is also an excellent story teller, and distracts me with great tales of the everyday, mostly involving her dogs! I have been seeing Dr Conn for 30 years, and was introduced to her by my Aunt Peg who adored her, and all the sweet folks working in her office. Who knew I would be looking forward to dentist visits, but my partner and I always are. Gratitude, Dr Conn You Rock!
