I always feel that they put my well being first and foremost. My mother at 91 years young is also is a patient and is treated with great care and respect when she has any procedure done in this office. All in all I would recommend West 9th Dental with its great team to anyone seeking quality dental care. They really go that extra mile to ensure their patients get the best care possible. I have been going here for the last couple of years after several years of not regularly visiting a dentist. They fully explain the procedures and make a huge effort for the experience (even a root canal!) to be as comfortable as possible.

We have found her to be gentle, kind, attentive to one's pain tolerance and of course, an excellent dentist. Her staff follow the same customer service, a reflection of Dr. Rai's care of her patients. I have recommended the clinic to my friends. I feel that it is hard to find a good and trustworthy dentist and my daughter and I are lucky to have our dental care with Dr. Rai. We love her!

She is knowledgeable and carefully explains what needs to be done and what she is doing when performing a procedure. She has excellent interactions with her staff who are very patient oriented and welcoming. The hygienists Dr. Rai employs are extremely thorough and gentle, you can trust that any problems with your teeth will be detected and managed well. Dr. Rai also makes excellent referrals when needed for complicated root canal procedures and preparations for tooth implants as examples. We highly recommend her and her staff.

The office is very clean and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. She provided me with a clear explanation of my treatments as well as alternatives detailing the pros, cons and risks. Best of all, I barely felt the injection.

J	Joanna Mitchell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Going to the dentist is ALWAYS such a mixed experience coated in uncertainty and fear, but my time at West 9th so far has felt professional and competent. The hygienist I worked with cleaned my teeth with the power of a thousand suns (a little too much dude! That was a lot more blood than expected!) but everything felt great afterwards. I got a few cavities taken care of and my bite feels natural and my jaw is barely sore the next day. I've had dentists slap a filling in and not do the work to polish everything leading to bite problems in the past, so I feel very relieved this dentist took the time and care to make sure everything is comfortable. I recommend west 9th for anyone with dental anxiety looking for people who know what they're doing.

Dr. Rai is so patient and gentle, which is greatly appreciated from someone who has much dentist-related anxiety, such as myself.
