★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bedbugs in room 33. We lost one day of our long weekend (Thanksgiving 2017) in Quebec. The person at the counter reimbursed us the money, but our vacation was ruined.

When we got there the place looked run down. The roof shingles are all curled up. The place needs a major face lift.
The room was no better. Toilet had not been cleaned in a while. There was a ring of fire inside the bowl. The towels looked like they we not cleaned, they had dirt marks on them. My wife lifted the cushion off of the couch and found someone's night gown under it. The bedding was no hell either. The patio doors were teribble, hard to see through them. The air fan in the room had big dust bunnies on it. We went out for supper and booked somewhere else. Much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love my stay the room is guite clean. Small but very comfortable. The only negative no flat screen TV. The receptionist Karine was the greatest her personality help rent the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Martin was great! Very helpful and friendly and went out of his way to make our stay more comfortable. Room was very spacious and clean. There is a small kitnette with all that you need. A nice hot tub too! The place is on the main road close to everything. We loved and will stay there again.
