Wish I could give 0 star. Worst hotel experience ever and I stayed in hundreds of hotels for work. Room is small with paper thin walls, dirty from floor to ceiling, the fridge makes as much noise as a lawn mower and cannot be unplugged, the dresser/desk is bowing in the middle and looking like a banana and the bathroom is dirty and moldy and the vanity is falling apart on the top of the fact that the trash can and recycling bin have not been emptied since last guests. I believe this hotel should rank no star. As if this was not bad enough, if you come and stay at this hotel, bring your tool box since all the door knobs in the room are loose…

Where to start…bedroom was not cleaned properly, one bed was broken, the hairdryer was smoking and about to catch fire.called the hotel, they didnt replace dryer, did nothing for the bed.i took pictures of the bed and *cleanliness* of the room. otherwise the view was nice and the bar staff was professional. we were there for the 18 bday of my daughter and we were very disappointed.

Went there for Christmas super with work and it was amazing. The catering service during the speaches was splandid, always serving you at the right moment and very discreet. The 4 course meal served was absolutely delicious. The staff always very professional. After we went to the bar and we were allowed to pick the music to our taste since there were no other patrons, and they stayed open for us until 3:30am! I don't know what is their closing time, but it was very nice. The Christmas decorations are so on point, I felt like I was in my own hallmark movie! The place is magnificent, the rooms with views on the ski mountain are worth it. The beds very comfortable and everything you could need. Definitely would return if I get the opportunity to again.

we celebrated our 31 first wedding anniversary. Sipping wine on our balcony seeing people piss behind the pergola, noises from children and adults,11 pm in hallway, never could get a duo message for my wife so we went elsewhere. Asked for refund for that night was told only 40% would be allowed. Sent email to owner/president and left calls. No response. If the owner/president does not respond to clients then it is just passed down to the workers.

Clean. Comfy beds. Friendly staff. Awesome big balconies. So many common rooms, wood fireplaces, pool tables, large hot tub, basic and fancy food and cheap buffet breakfast for kids! Walk across the parking lot to Mt. Gabriel Ski Resort!

I came for a wedding with my elderly mother in law. We stayed 2 nights. Just about a zero for handicap. I asked the front desk for an anti slip mat for the bathtub, which they told me they do not carry them. The patio doors in our room did not lock, something wrong with the latch. The refrigerator in our room has an ice box in it and in the morning we noticed all the ice we had in there melted and ended up on the carpet in front of the fridge. During this stay we had an unfortunate act of God, a severe thunderstorm creating a complete black out. The hotel does not have a generator. Absolute darkness. Not even any emergency lights to light the exits or the hallways. The staff apparently were not even capable of contacting any management. Totally unacceptable for a hotel in a highly recognizable area. All this at a $600.00 cost. On checkout I requested to speak to the manager and requested a discount. Unfortunately again I was unsuccessful. I was however told the manager would contact me. We are now several days later and still no manager.

Not worth the price paid. We are a family of 4 used to travel and have gone to numerous hotels. This is absolutely not worth the price. I have had better welcome and facilities in Motels were I paid 3 times less. Poor welcoming from staff for checking in, close to rudeness actually, no explanation or description on where are the facilities, pool, spa, breakfast room or else. We get to the room: tiny room, not even a bottle of water at disposition. 2 cups when it is 4 of us, 3 glasses. The fridge in the room is making tremendous noise. Thinking of going home without actually spending the whole night…. And the swimming pool will not make me give any more stars as the water is freezing. It is extremely rare that I give bad reviews as I know how hard it is to run hotels and else but sorry guys this is just not worth the price…..

Went up to Mont Gabriel for a food/wine tasting. Most of the food was excellent, and the service was exceptional. The room was very clean and tidy and the view was great. The breakfast buffet was awesome as well. Happy we've decided to have our wedding here in October.
