Chris saw I was a bit off, asked me if everything was okay, he got me a seat, a coffee with sugar and a ton of snacks. If it wasn't for his help I probably would have passed out. Also Nick's always been super helpful with tools and taking the time to explain to me all the options, etc. He also one time refused to oversell me a battery powered track saw and explained that the corded one was a better option. Thanks a ton to the staff!

She was honest with me and got someone better experienced with the saw I was asking about. I really appreciate that. Some people just make up things just to get the sale. She got Jeff. Together, they both made my shopping experience wonderful. Neither Jeff or Jenn rushed me or forced me to buy something I didn't want to. On the contrary, they actually showed me options that saved me money so that I could spend it on the 230v saw I really wanted instead of the 110v. I would recommend Jenn to anyone looking for an honest and attentive person to help them.

The only issue I’ve found is that when I go to atlas I always end up spending more than I was planning to because they have such good stuff. Shipping times are great and they always have a sale going on.

Amazing selection of all things tools whatever brand you need they got everything from the main tools to batteries and all the accessories. Crazy specials all the time and more. This place does it right on all levels.

I’m not giving them a one star review though because it’s not all their fault. I still like some of the deals and their selection is second to none. It’s a good store, when they actually have what you want in stock. Also the staff is strangely hit or miss. Sometimes they know lots and it’s great. Other times you have to explain what a drywall bit is.

I've come across numerous tradespeople who swear by this place- and I'm not surprised. The team here has a vast knowledge on the products they're selling, as well as personalized customer service to provide the best care. As a repeat customer, I shop here for my tool and supply needs whenever necessary. Atlas Tools provides great service continuously, along with a large variety of products in general. I am so impressed with their collection of goodies; I try to browse the website weekly to gush and awe over what's available here. Many wishlist's have been created for future purchases here, that's for sure! Thank you Atlas Team for taking the time to learn about what you're selling in order to provide the best service for hard working tradesmen and tradeswomen. The employees were always full of knowledge and were incredibly kind. I still remember having a fun conversation about retro video games there once with the employees. I recently needed some tools the other day, and ordered them online. I had messed up and selected the wrong tools. I contacted them, and they were quick to cancel my order. They graciously accepted my sincerest apologies, and even offered me a discount for my next order! I am so happy to see their fantastic customer service still exists in the company even after leaving their home on Queen. Love these guys! One day I'd love to visit your Etobicoke store, but for now, I'm happy to make you my go to place for tools online. Much love!
