★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here today 29 Dec 2021, I witnessed a girl training other girl where she was telling the trainee girl not to let people talk otherwise they sit on your head , talk back loud so they don't ask more questions. This was so disrespectful for the customers standing there. So people if you are planning to visit be prepared to treated loud with disrespect and keep your questions to yourself otherwise you know how the staff will treat you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so happy when Impact kitchen opened in Etobicoke. I get dinner or lunch from here a few times a week. Last night I had the ‘fried’ chicken sandwich. It was so delicious! I can’t stop thinking about how good it tasted! I also really enjoy their baked goods, the banana bread is perfect!! They have a chia seed pudding that is to die for. Clean food with decent prices. Everything is gluten free and delicious! Can’t wait for my next meal from Impact Kitchen :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ll be honest and say $17+ for a bowl was a bit steep for my pockets (vegan life in Toronto tho, amirite?). However, today was the third time I ordered the Zesty Mexican bowl. I haven’t tried anything else there yet because I can’t get over how much I enjoy this bowl. Every way that I combined the ingredients tasted amazing and the sauces make everything just so much better. So good! Great work!
