★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I finally went for my first message today and the results were fantastic I went in with my upper back and neck in alot of pain and tension for degenerative disk disease my message therapist was Kosta he was very professional and knowledgeable about my situation and how to best help me and also the lady that was working at the front is very pleasant to talk to especially for near of her day I really must say all around great service 100% will come back

My massage therapist was very thorough in consulting with me about any concerns, aches/pains, and areas I would like to be targeted prior to beginning the massage. Also, I was told me to communicate if I wanted more or less pressure. I had knots and tension in my shoulder area and tight hip flexors, the massage focused on those areas for my deep tissue massage. My therapist actively implemented my feedback to find the best release for me. I can confidently say that I feel a lot of relief of tension in my shoulders and hips. Leaving my appointment I felt more relaxed and my body felt looser.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a hot stone massage with Kosta and will absolutely be coming back! He consulted with me regarding my goals with my visit and where I'm experiencing tension. He was incredibly professional and maintained my privacy at all times. At Atlas they have a warm blanket underneath you for additional warmth and comfort as well as a weighted blanket on top of you, I felt like I was tucked into a warm soft bed and also getting an amazing massage! The stones were the perfect temperature and Kosta made sure I was happy with the pressure and strength being used. 10/10 will absolutely be coming back! I had come in after quite the stressful shift and wasn't sure if I could be helped, but with the combination of the hot stones and soothing spa music, I was in heaven!

100% would go again. My massage therapist was Kosta.
It was my first time getting a hot stone massage. He kept clear communication on if he applied too much pressure or if the stones were too hot. I felt super relaxed ! The facility was very easy to find and parking was available just behind the building.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had both experiences, for RMT and acupuncture and both of these gentleman are really great at their job. In one session with Michael (acupuncture) I saw a significant relief of the pain I have had for several days. As for my massage therapy with Kosta, it was incredible. Very relaxing, with hot stones which helped with the sore muscles and made the experience very enjoyable. My back is getting better after your wonderful services. Thank you!
Can't recommend them enough!
