★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sandy is wonderful! You will never find a better caring clinic as this one! Sandy will always be about the animals not the dollar. We had surgery done on our Great Dane and he is doing so well!! Our other animals go there as well. I trust her with my life! Sandy will always place her heart and expertise 150% for your animal! She is not only gifted to care for animals she is a true blessing for every animal owner! Thank you Sandy for all that you do!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband requested to make an appointment, when doing so she asked where we lived to which she turned around and said, they aren't taking anyone from Fort McMurray because it's a hotspot for COVID. So, if you are from Fort McMurray, don't bother asking for an appointment.
She also laughed at my husband. So, I guess a sick dog doesn't mean much to them, and they couldn't care less. Which to me says alot about the place.
If they are that scared, and keep in mind we do take COVID seriously. We could work something out, and follow the guidelines, but from what it seems she doesn't care either way.
I'll be sharing this information to all the groups in Calgary and Fort McMurray warning them about this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place. The vet took the time to thoroughly discuss and look into potential underlying issues for my dogs ear infection. Definitely beat the last vet bill for the same issue, costed less than half as much.

I called to book a neuter for my 8 month kitty short notice and they got me booked in a week time :) I drive down from fort mcmurray and each visit is always worth it? the employees are kind, caring and compassionate for your furry pets. Thank you for all the hard work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are actually from Fort McMurray 2.5 hrs north of Athabsca. We gladly make the trip down for this Vet. Their team is great and breath of fresh air when compared to Fort McMurray Veterinarians, which for the most part come highly priced, low in effectiveness and served with an air of superiority that most could do with out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to get tic medince , all they got to do is weigh our dogs , said they had to do a bunch of extra stuff and said they aint taking any new clients so ill have to drive hours away just to get tic prevention meds

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister lives in Athabasca. Her dog became deathly ill, I called and tried to get her dog seen by a vet. Their response was NO not unless you are already a client. Where is your compassion? I asked if they knew anyplace I could take him as an emergency, once again their response was NO.
